我们学术团队创建于1995年,隶属于机械结构力学及控制国家重点实验室、飞行器动力学与控制教育部重点实验室,致力于动力学与控制学科的人才培养和科学研究。
团队现有教师23人,包括中国科学院院士1人,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者3人次,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者3人次,青年长江学者1人次,国家重大人才工程A类青年学者项目1人次;形成了追求卓越的团队文化和良好学术声誉,优秀青年学者不断脱颖而出。
在人才培养方面,团队治学严谨、重视基础、鼓励创新。在培养的研究生中,3人获全国优秀博士学位论文奖,2人获全国力学、航空宇航学科优秀博士论文奖,5人获江苏省优秀博士学位论文奖。
在科学研究方面,团队围绕我国航空航天科技发展需求,从事动力学与控制研究。大力崇尚工程科学理念,开展理论、计算与实验相结合的研究,取得若干有重要研究进展,获国家自然科学奖2项,国家科技进步奖1项。
站在新的历史起点上,团队将以“崇德效山、求是学海”作为努力方向,继续开拓柔性多体系统动力学与控制、气动弹性系统的分析与控制、含记忆系统的动力学与控制、纳尺度系统动力学等研究领域,不断挑战自我,继续攀登高峰。

About us
This team, established in 1995, has been a major force of both education and research in dynamics and control in the frame of The State Key Lab of Mechanics and Control of Mechanical Structures.
The team consists of 23 faculty members, incluiding a Fellow of Chinese Academy of Scineces, six professors awarded by the National Natural Sciences Foundation of China successively. The team has established the culture of excellence and high reputation in the world such that excellent team members keep growing up.
The team has been playing an important role in eduction with an emphasis on solid foundation and creative capability. Among the graduate students supervised by the team members, five Ph. D. students received the National Awards for Excellent Dissertations.
The team has been focusing on the dynamics and control related to the national commands for aerospace science and technology. The researches of the team inspired by the thoughts of engineering science have promoted the successful integration of theory, computations and experiments. As a result, the team have received three State Awards of Science and Technology.
In the new era, the team will take the new challenges and climb new peaks in the dynamics of flexible multibody systems, the analysis and control of aeroelastic systems, the dynamics and control of memory systems and the dynamics of nano-systems.
