空间索网结构作动器/传感器优化配置

摘要:针对大型空间索网结构,研究了含作动器/传感器的压电主动杆件的优化配置。首先,在降阶的模态坐标下建立了状态空间形式的结构动力学方程,得到了模态控制力能量自相关矩阵,并根据该矩阵的秩来优化同位配置的作动器/传感器数目。然后,根据系统总储能积分最小、传感器接收信号能量最大的复合优化准则,利用基于字典序排列组合编码的遗传算法获得作动器/传感器全局最优配置的位置及闭环控制系统反馈增益。最后以大型环形桁架天线中的三向抛物面索网的振动控制为例,对比单一能量准则,验证了本文方法的计算效率、寻优准确性及控制有效性。

Optimization of actuator/sensor placement for the space cable-net structures

AbstractThe optimal actuator and sensor placement for the large space cable-net structures is treated using multiple piezoelectric ceramic stack actuators. Starting with modeling of the cable-net structure on the basis of its reduced modal coordinates, the numbers of actuators and sensors placed in the same position is optimally determined by the rank of the energy auto-correlation matrix of modal control force. Subsequently, a hybrid optimization strategy for the actuator and sensor placement is proposed based on the minimization of the integral of total stored energy and the maximization of the signal energy received by the sensors. The feedback gains of the closed-loop control system are obtained, furthermore, as a result of searching the global optimal locations of the actuators and sensors by genetic algorithm, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are illustrated through a parabolic cable-net structure.
